Nelson Hall, in assosiation with Ski Patrol Productions, invites you to a theatre arts festival supporting racial equity and creative healing through the arts. You’ll hear poetry, music, and see two short plays!
5AM Pancakes by Alexa Juanita Jordan is a hearfelt play that tells of two women writing their best friend’s obituary during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Portrait of a Demolitionist by Baylee Shlichtman is the comedic story of board game enthusiast Julie who ditches the state and her boyfriend after a falling out and ends up at a rented house. Unfortunately for her, the painting in the living room comes to life, takes her food, and won’t leave her alone.
Come celebrate theatre arts and creative healing with us at Nelson Hall, we can’t wait to see you there!
