Welcome to Nelson Hall!
Located on the beautiful 40-acre Elim Park campus in Cheshire, Connecticut, Nelson Hall is a newly renovated 342-seat professional theatre featuring exceptional sound and lighting, a dramatic vaulted wood-beam ceiling, and a spectacular video wall.

PLAN YOUR VISIT
Parking
Parking is free, with attendants and signage to guide you. Arrive early for the closest spaces, and please park in areas marked “V” for Visitors.
Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complimentary shuttle service is available between our parking areas and Nelson Hall, regardless of the weather.
When to Arrive
Theatre doors open 45 minutes before showtime. Arrive early to allow time for parking, shuttle service, and seating.
Late seating is at management’s discretion and may be in a different location from your reserved seats.
Accessibility
Nelson Hall provides wheelchair-accessible seating and hearing assistance devices. Please inform the Box Office of any accessibility needs when purchasing your tickets.
Bringing a walker, wheelchair, or another mobility device? Please label it with your full name. Walkers must be stored outside the theatre during the performance.
Children
Nelson Hall offers family-friendly entertainment, but some performances may suit specific age groups better. Please review each show description before purchasing tickets.
Every child must have a ticket and a seat.
Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Please confirm your performance date and ticket selection before finalizing your purchase.
Dining
Elim Park’s on-campus dining venues are not currently open to the public, but several restaurants are within a short drive of Nelson Hall.
During the Performance
Please silence phones and other electronic devices before the performance starts.
Photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited unless otherwise announced. Some artists may offer photo opportunities after the show.
Smoke-Free Campus
Nelson Hall and the entire Elim Park campus are smoke-free zones.
Ticket Charges & Receipts
Email receipts are available for online purchases. Ticket charges will appear on your credit card statement as “Elim Park Baptist Home, Inc.” and will also be included in your email confirmation.

Our concessions are now cashless. Please plan to use a credit or debit card for all purchases. Please note, artist merchandise is sold separately.
Our newly renovated theatre features enhanced lighting and sound to create an even more exciting experience for our patrons. Strobe or flashing lights and theatrical fog may be used during performances.
