Laudate Homeschool Orchestra

Thursday, January 18, 2017 – 7PM – Come enjoy the Laudate Homeschool Orchestra, as they present a classical winter concert. Free and open to the public, no tickets required.

Concert features the following:
A savory taste of the Slavic countryside with four peppy Slavonic Dances by Czech immigrant Antonin Dvorak.
A brand new composition custom-composed for LHO by musician, composer and pastor Michael Shawn Carbaugh II. Conducted by Mr. Carbaugh.
A quirky three-part Sonatine for Woodwinds by Toshi Nagata, an amateur composer and arranger living in Nagoya, Japan. Featuring the singular tones of bassoon, oboe, flute and clarinet.
Several warm hymn arrangements by our rich and resonant brass quartet, comprised of baritone horns, trombone and trumpet.
